Service, Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Clients are responsible for all shipping logistics and costs associated with transporting their raw materials to and from JMF Creations.

  • Inbound Shipping: You must safely package and ship your raw materials to our studio. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
  • Outbound Shipping: Once your laser engraving and assembly are complete, we will securely pack your finished orders. Shipping fees for the return delivery will be calculated and billed upon completion.
  • Timeline: Final delivery timelines depend on your swift approval of the guest name list and design mockups. Tracking details will be provided as soon as your completed order dispatches.

Customization & Service Refund Policy

Because you supply the raw materials, refunds apply strictly to our personalization, assembly, and laser engraving services if the final work is defective or does not match your approved digital name list and layout specifications. To request a service refund, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your completed order. Items must remain unused and unaltered. Once we inspect the items, approved service refunds will be processed, minus a processing fee. Please note that JMF Creations is not liable for the cost of customer-supplied raw materials.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled after service booking or design approval are subject to a 20% to 30% processing fee. All deposits paid to secure your assembly slot, design setups, and laser calibration are strictly non-refundable.

Outbound Shipment Policy

UAE Delivery

  • We offer delivery across the UAE.
  • Delivery charges depend on the delivery location and will be added to your order.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Same-day delivery may be available depending on the location and courier availability.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally.
  • International shipping fees are paid by the customer and will depend on the destination, package size, and weight.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
  • Pre-order items may require additional processing time, as stated on the product listing.
  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of the seller.

Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address and contact number.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We carefully pack all orders before shipment.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos/videos of the package and item.
  • Once the package has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays are subject to the courier’s policies and procedures.
